PlaceholderAPI

Install PlaceholderAPI on a Paper server and the placeholders register on their own — no /papi ecloud download needed. Every value comes from memory; a scoreboard asking every tick never touches the database.

Counts refresh once a minute and are adjusted immediately when a punishment is given or lifted on this server.
